Refund Policy

At Brewed by Bailey, everything we offer is created with care and intention—from digital guides to physical books and wellness tools. Our mission is to support your journey, and we want you to feel good about your experience here.

Because our products are a mix of digital and third-party fulfilled items, we’ve outlined what you can expect when it comes to refunds, returns, and replacements.

  • Digital Products

    All digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

    This includes eBooks, digital guides, checklists, and downloadables. Once delivered, these items cannot be returned or refunded. We encourage you to read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

    If you experience an issue accessing your download or file, please reach out — we’re happy to help troubleshoot.

    After your purchase, your digital product will be delivered to the email address you provided at checkout.

    To ensure you receive your digital product without delay, please add brewedbybailey@gmail.com to your safe senders list or contacts.
    Sometimes our emails can land in your spam, junk, or promotions folder — so please check those folders before reaching out if you believe your product wasn’t delivered.

    If you still don’t see it after checking, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you.

  • Physical Products Fulfilled by Amazon

    Some physical items—such as printed books—are fulfilled and shipped through Amazon. Because of this, Brewed by Bailey does not manage shipping, handling, or customer service related to these orders directly.

    If your order:

    Arrives damaged

    Is incorrect or missing

    Was not delivered as expected

    You’ll need to contact Amazon Customer Service directly to resolve the issue. Amazon has its own return and refund process, and they are responsible for handling fulfillment-related problems.

    That said, we still want to know if there’s a problem. If your experience didn’t meet expectations, please drop us a note. Your feedback helps us choose the best fulfillment partners moving forward.

  • Other Physical Products

    If you purchase a physical product that is not fulfilled by Amazon and it arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

    Your order number

    A description of the issue

    Clear photos of the product and packaging

    We’ll gladly work with you to resolve it, either through a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

  • Incorrect Addresses & Missed Deliveries

    Please confirm your shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

    Fraudulent or Unauthorized Purchases
    We reserve the right to deny refund requests we believe are fraudulent or in violation of our Terms and Conditions.
